Alix Earle Keepin' It Reale

Our favorite Miami girl, Alix Earle, has recently launched a new skincare line, Reale Actives, which is currently being widely reviewed, discussed, and promoted across social media. Making acne “fun, sexy, and understandable.”

It’s not new to see the evolution from influencer to business owner, but it sure is getting repetitive. No hate ever because I have always admired her vulnerability through her skin care journey, and I always felt seen, as it was coming from such a beautiful woman sharing the normalization of acne.

So far, the reviews seem to be good, which I bet was scary because people online are always ready to find the next thing to hate. After her long journey through multiple rounds of Accutane, with skin that felt damaging to her self-esteem and life for years, she created her new brand Reale Actives.

It’s hard to say whether we love or hate this, because like I said, just another influencer or celebrity making a skin care line. Her Sip Margs campaign was perfectly fitting for her, and honestly, I thought a swimsuit line would have been perfect, but it does kind of make sense for her.

Alix is really having a year. Cosmopolitan reported she has an estimated 20$ million net worth, alongside her Netflix show that is currently being filmed, her podcast, and much more. She has only gone up, and let me never forget her moment on Dancing With the Stars.

It seems like skincare would be the ideal business route with everything she has been through with acne, but in 2026, it’s not necessarily the skincare and all the different serums, moisturizers, and toners that are saving us, but antibiotics and topicals like Accutane or Spironolactone.

It was never her own skincare that saved her, but maybe after working so closely with Dr. Mian, Director of Clinical Innovation and Dermatology, they have found essential ingredients that do help maintain what those medical-grade products or antibiotics heal or fix, with a simple routine.

I think having a dermatologist who helped her along her journey made her a more credible vendor, as well as adding medical credibility to the brand, which is not something you see as often with celebrities starting their own venture.

The products seem safe and clean, as she is very transparent with the ingredients that go into each product. If you go on the website, it is perfectly organized with each product, its exact purpose, when and how to use it, and a breakdown of all the ingredients, and essentially why they are in it.

In many interviews, she explains she doesn't have the cure for the millions of people searching for the right products to heal their skin; she just wanted to give simplicity to it and showcase the beauty of imperfections.

People wanted to hate it, and it’s hard to hate on a girl like Alix Earle. At the end of the day, I love supporting my women in business like Rhode by Hailey Bieber. It is an example of a billion-dollar company that continues to be loved by millions. Rihanna is another great example, because “hello!”, she’s Rihanna, and Fenty will always be favored and iconic.

The skincare market has begun to feel slightly saturated, with all these brands with a famous face on them, but they make it seem like they are scientists in a lab or something. Kylie Cosmetics is similar; she claims she is super involved, going through all the different formulas and ingredients super closely. Who knows what's really going on behind the scenes, and all the reviews, but if you can be your own celebrity endorsement, putting your face to a brand these days, you will become a billionaire.

It’s honestly genius, and everything is already sold out, as many are waiting for the next restock. Hopefully, that moisturizer pump gets fixed in the making. I have seen that be an issue in almost all reviews, but for her first launch, it’s super cute and smart on her end.

Influencers hold power over platforms in a world full of consumers, always wanting more, always in search of something new. Brand deals are out, and owning your own company is honestly a trend that holds weight now. When the brands feel like an identity of a person they look up to, it feels reliable, amazing, and trusted, giving the brand that instant feeling of trusted love.
