How does someone define themselves? Is it the values their parents passed down to them, lessons taught by teachers, or the influences of peers? 

We can be multiple things at once, even when they contradict each other, and especially when they make little sense. Whether it's the persona we present when first meeting someone, or the most intimate part of ourselves that only a few have seen.
